Class Descriptions


Pilates: full-body classes with a foundation in Pilates that are under 30 minutes. This section also includes our 45-minute signature Pilates Flow mat class.

Pre/Post Natal:
trimester specific workouts, postpartum exercises, and breath work classes to guided you through your pre/post natal journey.

Cycle Syncing:
workouts connected to each phase of your monthly cycle, classes consist of follicular phase, ovulation, luteal phase and menstruation workouts.

Quick Workouts:
quick classes ranging from 10 - 20 minutes with a variety of muscle group focuses including abdominals, glutes, upper body and lower body.

Meditation & Breathwork:
guided meditation and breathwork classes with an emphasis on visualization and releasing. The intention is to ground yourself, relieve stress, and reconnect your body, mind and spirit.
